Brent Niccum

Brent Niccum, President and C.E.O. of NCCM Company. He has seventeen years of experience as a 3M employee. Throughout his career he has held a wide base of experiences. Brent started his career in a 3M laboratory running a chemical line for other product developers. He moved on to become a Product developer and authored seven patents while working in the lab at 3M. Moving on to the manufacturing world he was promoted to a Product Manager at 3M Cumberland plant. His last years were spent as a Product Platform leader for the Abrasives Systems Division, where he managed the Mill Rolls Business and two other businesses for 3M.

He has completed one year of the Carlson School of Business Management Executive MBA program. He also holds a BS in Physics from the University of Wisconsin River Falls.

Brent’s passion for the Mill Roll business was the catalyst of acquiring the Mill Roll product line. His entrepreneur style has always been counter culture to the corporate way of business. He is innovative and creative to develop and build business and is eager to implement new technologies for Mill Rolls and the market.

He is a father of two sons and husband to Julie Niccum and resides in Hudson, Wisconsin.
